The Joint Commission International revisits St. Luke’s Medical Center Quezon City for reaccreditation

| July 19, 2022

March 2019: St. Luke’s Medical Center Quezon City (SLMC QC) has been reaccredited as an Academic Medical Center Hospital and was awarded the coveted Gold Seal of Approval by the Joint Commission International (JCI) after a successful onsite assessment. This made St. Luke’s Medical Center Quezon City the first and only Academic Medical Center Hospital in the Philippines.

Last week, the JCI had a week-long visit (July 11-15, 2022) at SLMC QC including the College. We continued to showcase in the on-site assessment that we are able to meet the international healthcare quality standards for patient care, medical education and human subject research, and organization management!

In this regard, we would like to thank all the consultants, faculty, staff, trainees, and students who participated and worked hard for this visit!
